Its low-density architectural design integrates Omani local culture with Arabian coastal landscapes, offering front-row sea views adjacent to city landmarks such as the Royal Opera House and Grand Mosque.

Customized glass products for facade curtain walls, panoramic coastal windows and doors, and premium interior partitions. These products are adapted to the high-temperature, intense sunlight climate of Muscat, addressing requirements for sun protection, heat insulation, and UV resistance, while restoring the transparent viewing effect of the coastal residence.
